By downloading, installing, or using Notice (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Notice is a mobile application that provides reflective interpretations of repeating numbers. The app is intended for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. Interpretations are not predictions, advice, or factual statements — they are prompts for personal reflection.

Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Notice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Plans

Notice offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly: £5.99 per month with a 7-day free trial
• Annual: £35.99 per year with a 7-day free trial
• Lifetime: £79.99 one-time purchase

Free Trial

Monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Billing & Cancellation

All payments are processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

User Content

You retain ownership of any personal notes and reflections you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content back to you as part of the service. We do not access, read, or use your personal reflections for any other purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, content, features, and code, is owned by TCI Web Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

Notice is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The interpretations provided by the app are for reflection and entertainment only. We make no claims about the accuracy, reliability, or significance of number interpretations. The app should not be used as a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCI Web Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
