Notice (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a mobile application that helps you reflect on repeating numbers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google Sign-In. This is used solely to create and manage your account.

Your Moments

When you use the app, you may enter numbers, select topics, and write personal reflections. These “moments” are stored securely in Google Firestore and are associated with your account so you can access them across sessions.

Subscription Data

Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not store or have access to your payment details. RevenueCat provides us with subscription status information (active, expired, trial) to manage your access to the app.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage patterns (e.g., which features are used most, app stability). This data is aggregated and anonymised. We do not track individual behaviour or sell analytics data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore database, and analytics. Firebase Privacy Policy

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the app
• Store and display your saved moments

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firestore, which provides enterprise-grade security, encryption at rest and in transit, and access controls. We follow industry best practices to protect your data.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. When you delete your account:

• Your account information is permanently removed
• All saved moments and reflections are permanently deleted
• This action cannot be undone

If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by contacting us at the email address below.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

Children's Privacy

Notice is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on our website with a revised “last updated” date.
